S. M. Wilson & Co. is seeking a full time traveling Project Superintendent.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervision and coordination of all job site activities
• Develop and maintains a complete understanding of the drawings, specifications and subcontractor scope
• Ensure that all contractor activities are coordinated to achieve timely completion of the project
• Ensure compliance by all contractors to quality standards
• Responsible for maintaining safety on the job site
• Must be willing to travel outside of St. Louis area

Requirements:

• Ten years experience in Commercial Construction is required, industrial experience preferred
• OSHA 30 is required  
• Must be willing to travel
